CLEAR LAKE (ongoing)
Jason Kauffman, a junior student in Clear Lake High made it into the school soccer team after the junior students won the seniors. Jason gets the chance to play alongside his mentor who's a senior student, Landon. The arrival of Jason made it difficult for the coach to choose which player to start, due to both players playing on the same position (Striker). Jason gets support from his mother, best friend (Cedric), and his girlfriend (Tania). Jason life changes as the All-College Championship Cup (ACC Cup) starts and he was announced to go with the team. Emily leaned forward and hissed out, "I swear to God, Nicholas, if you gave me fucking AIDS, or, Jesus Christ, gonorrhea or - fuck. I swear, I don't know what I'll-""God, it's been two years; if I'd given you something you'd know by now, don't you think?" He shook his head and quirked his lips up in a small, twisted smile. "No need to worry about yourself; it's a prion disease, it's genetic."She raised her eyebrows.Nicholas sipped his coffee. "I have maybe two years, if I'm lucky. I can't pronounce its actual name - it's GSS, if you remember from microbio."She blanched, opened her mouth, and snapped it shut again. After a few heartbeats of silence, Emily finally managed to say, hesitantly, "And you called me to...? Make amends?""What? No, of course not. My car was towed, I need someone to drive me to my doctor's appointment. It's in," he tapped his phone, "Thirty minutes." He smiled that smile again. "I figured you wouldn't say no to a dying man if you only had to deal with me for half an hour, otherwise I would've invited you out for brunch or something. Do people still brunch? Is that a thing?"Goddammit, Nick, she thought."
Lab Rats
Humanity- The quality of being humane. If you were to travel to the northern coast of Scotland, you would probably be underwhelmed. The bitter cold would begin to root itself into your bones within minutes, and the icy wind cut your skin like a knife. Perhaps you would find comfort in a heavy fur-lined coat, while the salty smell from the sea filled your nares and reminded you of those times you visited similar beaches as a child. Perhaps you would wander along the sea front, glancing into the cosy shop windows idly, popping into each despite having very little interest in the contents within, simply to heat yourself enough to feel a small tingling sensation in your numbed fingertips. Or perhaps you would find the least crowded Fish and Chips shop, order a large portion, and hold it tightly to your torso in an attempt to warm yourself through as you ate. Then, when the sun, who had spent the whole day hiding behind thick grey clouds, finally began to set in the distance, you would stare off into the sea, and imagine what's out there. You would probably think of the sea creatures, large sharks, schools of brightly coloured fish, and dolphins that spent their days playing and enjoying life. Maybe you would envision a large coral reef, bursting with life, or a group of fishing boats, with poor little fishermen soaking to the bone and three times as cold as you were at that moment. I highly doubt you would ever picture a guarded island, with a fortress like laboratory hidden by large and thick vegetation to keep it from the prying eye. I highly doubt you would think of humans being tortured and tormented by people in brilliant white coats, claiming their suffering was for the greater good. I highly doubt you would visualise monster like creations stuffed inside cells, with no knowledge of the world outside. How could you? It doesn't exist.
Aviva Mikaelson (Klaus's Daughter)
Aviva Cameron or more accurately Aviva Mikaelson, grew up with a coven of witches until they found out who and what she is. She was 8 at the time. They did a spell that was supposed to be able to kill her but it backfired. When it backfired it killed the whole coven and Aviva herself. She came back as a vampire as well as triggering her wearwolf side. Her magic is really powerful. The ancestors are honestly scared of her. She was able to keep her magic as well as having her vampire and wearwolf sides. That makes her the most powerful supernatural in the whole world, indefinitely. Then you add on the fact that she is Klaus's daughter, and is a lot like him. She is vengeful, paranoid, fierce, strong, calculating, smart and has trust issues to the extreme. Because of these qualities she started to get a reputation on the streets by the name Vi. Aviva, is smart like I said, and never showed her face or revealed her age or name. She was a mystery in the Supernatural and Mundane worlds. She was also known that if you paid her enough, she would "take care" of anyone you pleased. Aviva kept everything a secret and trusted very few. She's 15 know and gets a call from a client to get information from a vampire in New Orleans. ***Disclaimers***Hope is 2 years older than Aviva. Hope is 17 and is home from the Salvatore school for the summer. The Hollow was either destroyed fully when Hope was 8 or never happened, your choice, the point is the whole family is together in New Orleans.Aviva has never had a true family and might have a hard time excepting it. Age 12.Her family is disheveled, her parents are distant from each other and her, often ignoring or creating "white" lies and misunderstandings. She and her brother are very distant, but in old photos and videos they seemed very close. Kathy cant exactly remember why, will she tear away at this onion layer? James Wormwood: MC's Brother. Older by 2 years. Black Hair, lighter brown hair. Age 14. Has his own history and struggles which he tries to hide from Kathy. Mom: Had Kathy and Paul at a young age, constantly works to get things for her kids but fails to see that they really just want her attentionDad: Is much of a Workaholic, but not to buy gifts for kids, rather his genuine love for his job. Because of this his relationship with his family is strained. Sammy Caddel-Kane: A boy with messy messy hair who's interested in skirts. Despite his non-confirmative interest, he's actually friends with a lot of people, but he has his own issues he might be hiding. His parents are struggling through a divorce, both trying to win his favor, sometimes slipping up and insulting the other parent. Overwhelming him, he needs unbiased support. Laura Everhart : A girl who seems quiet. She seems sad but her family is very happy together. She has her own issues stemming from something else Ana Kane: A friend of Kathy from her old town, she isn't the nicest or kindest of friends, especially to Kathy's brother.
